Page 1 of 2 Create a new 600x600px document using a transparent background. Go to Filter-Render-Clouds to make some clouds. Then go to Filter-Render-Difference Clouds. Repeat a few times the Difference Clouds filter. Now go to Image-Adjustments-Levels and drag the white, grey and black a little bit inside like this: ![]() Step 2: Now go to Image-Adjustments-Hue/Saturation and mark the colorize button. Use the settings below or any setting you prefer. ![]() Then duplicate the layer 3 times by right clicking on the layer and then hit “Duplicate layer”. You will now have 4 layers. Set the blending mode to the first three layers to “Screen”. |
