 Create a pushing button
In this tutorial we are going to create a Push button like in the picture below:
 Step 1.
Make a new document sized 300x300. Fill it with any background color. Then make a new layer and grab the eliptical marquee tool and create a shape like below filled with a dark gray color.
Step 2.
Grab the dodge tool and make some lines like below. Then grab the burn tool and create more lines. Then alternate the Dodge and Burn tool untill you get a semi-metalic circle.
Step 3.
On a new layer make another circle using the same eliptical marquee tool. I filled it with a red color. You can choose what color you like.
Step 4.
With the just created layer selected add the following layer style:
Inner shadow:
This is the result :
