 Create a glowing text
In this tutorial you are going to learn how to make a glowing text.
Step 1.
Make a new document fill it black and make a new layer and using the Horizontal Type Mask Tool write down your text:
Make a new layer and with the selection automaticaly made still on go to Edit>Add Stroke...
Step 2.
Duplicate the layer 2 times. On the first duplicated layer go to Filters>Blur>Motion Blur and add the settings below:
On the second duplicated layer again go to Filters>Blur>Motion Blur use the settings:
Angle: 0 And Distance 50 Pixels.
