Create a smooth shiny Button

In this tutorial we are going to create a smooth unique button like below:

Step 1.
Create a new document with any size and any background.
I made it 300x300 pixels with a gray color. Now grab the Rounded rectangular tool and
on a new layer with a black color create a shape like below:

Step 2.
Create another layer, pick the pen tool and create a shape like below with a white color:

Now right click on the layer in the layers palletes Create Clipping Mask.
Lower the layer opacity to around 30%.

Step 3.
Create another new layer and grab the brush tool and choose a 1 pixel white brush.
Create 4 lines like below:

Grab the eraser and erase some parts of the lines like below:

Step 4.
In this step we are going to merge all the layers togheter. So select the top layer and press
CTRL+E untill there will be only 1 layer. Grab the rounded rectangle tool with these settings:

create a selection like below and cut it.

Step 5.
Go to Layers>Duplicate layer and then create a new layer between the original and duplicated layer. Select again the rounded rectangle tool and create a shape like this :

Fill it with any bright color :

Write your text and you are finished :
